Maggie Edwards

The President is responsible for scheduling and presiding
over monthly meetings. The President is also the main
person who represents the club as a whole concerning
correspondence with physical therapy schools and guests that
will be speaking to the club. The President is in
charge of the distribution of duties to all other officers
and will assist in any duties when necessary.
Vice President of Organization

The Vice President of Organization is responsible for presiding over monthly meetings in the absence of the President. Other duties include reserving rooms and equipment needed to conduct meetings. The Vice President is also responsible for reserving hotel accommodations for speakers and other various duties as appointed by the President. Another responsibility is to keep attendance at each meeting, as well as determining the active status of members at the end of each semester.
Vice President of Activities

Vice President of Activities is in charge of planning the field trip as well as any fundraisers and social activities the club takes part in. Social activities may include events such as Buddy Walk, Big Event, or Replant, as well as bowling, ice skating, and similar events.

The Secretary is responsible for taking notes at all club
and executive meetings and emailing it out afterwards.
The Secretary also works with the Treasurer to keep a list
of who has paid dues and must answer emails on the club
email account and send out meeting reminders to members.
Treasurer

The primary responsibility of the
Treasurer is to keep the Physical Therapy Society's
financial record current. This is done by collecting
club dues, making deposits, and reimbursing the officers for
materials needed and expenditures such as paper, copy
expenses, guest hospitality expenses, and refreshments
Publicity Officer

The Publicity Officer handles duties that accompany making, ordering, and distributing the Physical Therapy Society t-shirts. The club's bulletin board as well as the club's website will be kept up to date by the Publicity Officer. The Publicity Officer is also in charge of making and distributing flyers which inform the club of upcoming events.
